Digital Products

Some products sold through Giraffe Creative Studio are digital products delivered electronically. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree that:

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring access to downloaded files.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once files have been downloaded, accessed, or delivered.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where a file is defective, corrupted, or substantially different from the product description.

Intellectual Property

All digital products, artwork, illustrations, coloring pages, collage elements, journals, templates, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Giraffe Creative Studio unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, transfer, or sublicense purchased files.
Upload purchased files to third-party marketplaces.
Claim ownership of any purchased artwork or designs.
Use products in a manner that violates copyright or intellectual property laws.

Any permitted commercial use will be clearly stated in the product description.

Print-on-Demand Products

Certain products may be manufactured and shipped through third-party print-on-demand providers. Slight variations in color, print placement, trimming, or material appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Limitation of Liability

Giraffe Creative Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased through this website.
