At Giraffe Creative Studio, products may be offered as either digital downloads or print-on-demand physical products.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be provided.
Print-on-Demand Products
All physical products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order.
Because these products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
